Yum-Yum Steak Seasoning

A more refined steak rub. Use this if you really love the taste of a good steak with no fancy-schmancy toppings.....

4 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon black pepper, coarsely ground
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon turmeric

Mix together and use on steaks.

Makes about 1/2 cup.
