3 cups cooked, diced chicken 1 (8 ounce) bag noodles 1 small can mushrooms, drained 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream 8 ounces Swiss cheese slices
Cook and drain noodles. Combine all ingredients except Swiss cheese. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan; top with Swiss cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
