Plum Cake

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg or cloves
2 (4 3/4 ounce) jars baby food plums
3 eggs

Dump everything into a large bowl and mix well. Bake in a greased and floured Bundt pan for one hour at 350 degrees F.
