Easy Crabmeat Casserole1 pound fresh lump crabmeat 4 ounces cream cheese, cubed 4 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese 1/4 cup milk 2 ounces sherry Mix all ingredients and put into a 2-quart glass casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 35 minutes. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
