Dressing Squares1 (10-inch) skillet-baked cornbread 4 eggs, slightly beaten 1 onion, chopped 1 green bell pepper, chopped 2 ribs celery, chopped 1 cup dry bread crumbs 1 quart chicken broth 1 teaspoon sage Salt and pepper, to taste Crumble cornbread and mix all ingredients. Spread thinly on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes. Cut into bite-size pieces and serve at room temperature. Makes 36 squares.
