Braunschweiger Dip1 (8 ounce) roll braunschweiger
1 cup sour cream
1/2 envelope blue cheese salad dressing mix Blend all ingredients together. Chill. Serve with radishes, green onions, potato chips, cucumbers, carrot sticks or crackers.
