Beef Dip

1 (8 ounce) jar chipped beef, shredded
8 ounces cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
1 cup diced scallions
1 cup diced bell peppers

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 450 degrees F for 45 minutes.
